Imagine walking through a deep dark forest with fog and mist and you come to a clear where you see an ominous mountain covered with snow and fog.  Follow the music through a journey from the base of the mountain all the way to the top!.  In the beginning there are low dark sounds from the low brass and low woodwinds that are leading us form the edge of the forest to the base of the mountain.  As the journey begins the percussion section gives us the driving rhythm to take us up the mountain.  During the journey the exchanges between the woodwinds and brass give us our peaks and valleys of the mountain.  Pay close attention to the dynamic contrast and allegro tempo may be used or adjusted for your group.  Enjoy Mystic Journey
