A song inspired by racing, this piece is accessible to all your first year young band students. All races have the same path from start to finish and this piece is no exception. In the beginning you have the Go Team Go at the start of the race, followed by the cute race started by the woodwinds. The woodwinds are then joined by the brass at mm. 17, followed by a cool percussion feature that uses the same melody as presented before. Finish the song out with a grande finale with everyone racing to the finish line. This song was written in 4/4 time in Concert E flat major.
