I wrote this piece in tribute to all the loved ones we have lost through the years of our life. This song starts of slow and lyrical. Pay special attention to the dynamics and the shaping of phrases. Everything should be smooth and connected. As the tempos change, make sure there is still connection throughout until you reach the gates of Heaven at measure 25. This song will start in Concert B flat and move to Concert E flat at measure 25. On the last measure hold out the note for the band and que the last note in the bells when you are ready for count four, then cut the band off and let the bell note ring!
